From the sandstone country (rocks resulting from the agglomeration of sand and gravel) around Gravières and Les Salelles, we move to the shale country (crystalline rocks that split into layers) starting from the Tincouses stream. The appearance of the dwellings you will encounter reflects this diversity of rocks used in construction.
This circuit follows part of the "Virade du Batistou," a thematic trail that traverses the municipality of Gravières. Following the footsteps of an imaginary child born in the last century, discover the peasant life of that time through the accompanying booklet available for purchase at the Tourist Office.

P - With your back to the church, take the road on the right.

PoteauGravières Parking - Follow Langlade 0.3 km (PR).
PoteauLanglade - Follow Mas Rouvier 1 km (PR). Continue on the road then take a path again. PoteauMas Rouvier - Follow Mas Moutet 0.2 km (PR).
PoteauSente Nove - Follow Les Eynès 2.9 km (PR).

PoteauLes Eynès - Follow Champs d'Eynès 1.1 km (PR).

PoteauChamps d'Eynès - Follow Luminière 2.4 km (PR).

PoteauLuminière - Follow Sabatier 2.1 km (GR).

PoteauSabatier - Follow Les Champels 0.4 km (GR).

PoteauLes Champels - Follow La Pontière 1 km (GR).

PoteauLa Pontière - Follow Gravières Place de la Mairie 1 km (PR).
