The Olive Hill, above the Sainte-Philomène chapel, offers a sweeping view of the Chassezac Gorges and the Païolive forest. Under a sometimes scorching sun, the scrubland welcomes the walker with scents of thyme, lavender, or pistachio trees, along with cicadas, grasshoppers, and other lizards.
Description
P - From the bus station parking, reach the starting sign following the wooden marking engraved with an olive branch.
1 - At the starting sign, continue straight ahead and take the passage under the road.
2 - Turn right to continue your walk.
3 - Pass under the road again to return to your vehicle.
